On a wedding day, I embrace the energy of your guest list and music, the colors you choose to represent your style, and each tiny embrace you share. I love taking it all in through my lens, while also organically engaging with you and your guests. My approach behind the camera is to capture with honesty and thoughtfulness. Each Wedding, Family Session, and Event is different and unique to you. That’s why my process includes us bonding and connecting as transparently as possible, so that I understand you and can document your story, not script it.

I grew up holding frames of generations of my family in photos. My love of film photography is rooted in those treasures of memories passed down for decades. There’s much less curation and perfectionism involved when you can’t see the immediate result of taking a photo, and I believe that makes for a true-to-memory snapshot. That’s why my approach both digitally and in film is to focus on your moments, not your poses.
